At Marisa's Moonlit Designs Ltd., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While each item is made-to-order just for you, we do accept returns under certain conditions within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with both Shopify and TikTok Shop policies.

🛍️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because we use a Print-on-Demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color ordered (please refer to our sizing guide carefully)

  • Personalized/custom items (unless defective)

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at marisa.moonlitdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement (based on your request and stock availability).

  • Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days.

⚠️ Note About Made-to-Order Products

Every item is printed on demand just for you — this allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs. We encourage you to double-check sizing, colors, and design details before placing your order.
